Before proposing ideas, I investigated OZmap's existing digital presence, website technology and advertising activity.
Digital infrastructure

Why this matters
The existing stack suggests that many experiments involving landing pages, SEO, content and conversion could potentially be executed without requiring a complete rebuild of the marketing infrastructure.
Relevant experience
Hands-on with WordPress, Elementor, website optimization, SEO, analytics, landing pages and marketing automation.
Paid acquisition is already active

Observation
Paid acquisition is already part of the competitive environment. The opportunity is therefore not simply "run ads", but connect campaigns, audiences, offers and conversion paths more directly to pipeline.
International footprint
Operating globally
OZmap already has an international footprint, which changes the marketing challenge from simple market entry to market prioritization, localization and scalable international demand generation.

The demand funnel
Marketing should not be measured primarily by activity. The central question is how efficiently Marketing creates and influences qualified pipeline.
OPPORTUNITY 1
ICP & Segmentation
Move beyond broad segmentation such as "ISPs".
Different segments should receive different value propositions, offers and acquisition strategies.
OPPORTUNITY 2
Multichannel Demand Generation
One acquisition ecosystem feeding the same pipeline.
Channels should not be treated as isolated; they feed the same pipeline.
OPPORTUNITY 3
Marketing + Sales
Connect acquisition directly to revenue.
Alignment priorities to investigate.
OPPORTUNITY 4
International Demand Generation
Prioritize markets, not just translate.
Market attractiveness Γ ICP density Γ existing traction Γ CAC potential Γ sales capacity
International growth should be prioritized market by market, not simply translated country by country.
A disciplined sequence: diagnose, experiment, then scale only what proves to generate pipeline.
Days 1 to 30
Diagnose
Output
Growth baseline + prioritized hypotheses
Days 31 to 60
Experiment
Launch a small portfolio of controlled experiments.
Days 61 to 90
Scale
Identify which experiments actually generate:
Output
Scale winners. Kill weak experiments. Reallocate budget.
The goal is not to add more marketing activity. It is to discover repeatable demand-generation engines.
What OZmap is looking for
What Bruno brings
My thesis for OZmap
OZmap does not appear to have an awareness problem alone. The bigger opportunity is to transform its existing market presence, product expertise and international footprint into a more systematic demand-generation engine connected directly to commercial pipeline.
That means connecting ICP, content, paid acquisition, partners, international GTM, CRM and Sales around the same growth system.
